Team Notes: Youth side of the Bournemouth Bobcats. Formerly known as the Bournemouth Bengals. The Junior Bobcats won the Southern Conference in 1988, and proceeded to reach the semi-finals where they played one of the best games in Youth Two Touch history against the Tiptree Titans. They lost 13-7, but only after a last gasp hail mary pass was incomplete in the endzone. Could not make the switch to Youth Kitted successful, and the team folded in mid-season 1989. The Bournemouth Renegades took over the organisation and were independent of the Bournemouth Bobcats set-up.
